Crown Chakra

The Crown chakra is the seventh and final chakra in the chakra system. It is located at the top of the head, and is associated with the color violet.

The Crown chakra is associated with our connection to our higher self, our spirituality, and our connection to the divine. It is the gateway to enlightenment and transformation. It is the chakra of wisdom, understanding, and spiritual growth. It is the chakra of pure consciousness and divine connection.

When the Crown chakra is open and balanced, we feel connected to a higher power and to our own inner wisdom. We are able to access our intuitive knowing, allowing us to make decisions with clarity and confidence. We are also able to access a deeper understanding of the world and our place in it.

When the Crown chakra is blocked or out of balance, we can feel disconnected from our spiritual selves, and from our connection to the divine. We may feel a lack of purpose or direction in life, and feel a deep sense of emptiness. We may also experience difficulty in making decisions, being indecisive and easily overwhelmed.

To open and balance the Crown chakra, we can practice meditation and mindfulness, and connect to our spiritual practices. We can also use crystals, such as amethyst, selenite, and quartz, to help open and balance the chakra. Finally, we can use essential oils, such as jasmine and sandalwood, to stimulate the Crown chakra and connect to our higher self.
